Manager Budgeting & Controlling
About the Role
Orient Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Manager Budgeting & Controlling at its Head Office in Lahore to direct annual budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and OPEX/CAPEX monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct group-wide annual budgeting, operational forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Develop sophisticated financial models and scenario simulations to support executive business decisions
- Analyze monthly budget-versus-actual performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective cost-control actions
- Monitor operational expenditures (OPEX) and capital investments (CAPEX) across manufacturing divisions
- Prepare executive management dashboards, financial performance presentations, and KPI tracking reports
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- ACCA, ACMA, CMA, or CA qualified professional
- 5 to 8 years of relevant financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience in budgeting, controlling, or corporate finance
- Extensive experience in the industrial or electronics/appliances manufacturing sector
- High proficiency in SAP ERP financial modules (FI/CO) and advanced financial modeling in MS Excel
- Exceptional analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presentation capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience leading budgeting & controlling in large multi-divisional industrial groups
