About the Role
Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD), Prime Minister's Office Islamabad, invites applications for Manager HR & Protocol (PPS-10) on contract to oversee executive protocol, international delegation coordination, and human resources under the 'Invest Pakistan' project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive protocol and coordination for high-profile foreign investor delegations, international dignitaries, and state leadership
- Manage human resource operations, specialist talent onboarding, and performance frameworks under the PSDP 'Invest Pakistan' project
- Coordinate seamlessly across federal ministries, provincial governments, military leadership, and diplomatic missions
- Oversee administrative arrangements for high-level Apex Committee and Executive Committee meetings at the Prime Minister's Office
- Ensure rigorous compliance with federal government rules, project guidelines, and official state diplomatic protocol
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree (M.A / M.Sc. / MBA - 16 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in human resource management and protocol coordination
- Thorough understanding of state protocol, diplomatic etiquette, and public sector administrative procedures
- Maximum age limit up to 62 years; open merit quota
- Outstanding bilingual communication, negotiation, and high-stakes executive liaison capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience serving in the Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or major international investment promotion agencies
