About the Role
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is hiring a high-performing professional for the role of Manager in the Marketing Division at its Principal Office in Karachi. The manager will spearhead agency policy formulation, sales performance monitoring, modern governance initiatives, and executive strategic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and review agency workforce policies covering recruitment, performance evaluation, and career progression.
- Optimize executive calendar workflows, meeting agendas, board presentations, and senior management follow-ups.
- Analyze nationwide insurance sales trends, branch productivity metrics, and product distribution performance.
- Drive digital transformation, marketing automation, and improved operational governance across zonal networks.
- Draft high-level official correspondence, executive briefs, and regulatory submissions for federal bodies.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Sixteen (16) years Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in executive support, marketing operations, or administrative management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Maximum age of 45 years as of the application closing date.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and executive briefing preparation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in corporate governance, project administration, or business strategy.
- Prior experience working with top leadership in public sector corporations or insurance enterprises.
