About the Role
Greenstar Social Marketing Pakistan is hiring a Manager Quality Assurance & Clinical Services at its Karachi Head Office. The medical professional oversees clinical quality audits, healthcare provider certifications, family planning service standards, and compliance across clinics nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical quality assurance standards across Greenstar's network of clinics and franchised healthcare providers.
- Conduct clinical audits, infection prevention assessments, and quality score evaluations at franchised medical centers.
- Develop and update standard clinical training manuals, infection prevention protocols, and healthcare quality guidelines.
- Monitor maternal, child healthcare, and family health service indicators to ensure compliance with donor guidelines.
- Conduct medical provider refresher trainings and clinical competence assessments across Sindh and Punjab.
- Prepare quality assurance MIS reports, corrective action plans (CAPA), and quarterly donor compliance briefings.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- MBBS degree with valid PMDC / PMC registration.
- 5–8 years of experience in public health, clinical governance, or healthcare quality assurance within an NGO/INGO.
- Master's in Public Health (MPH) or Health Administration is highly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of maternal healthcare quality benchmarks and clinical audit methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading quality assurance on USAID, Global Fund, or FCDO health programs in Pakistan.
- Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CPHQ).
