Management Trainee Officer - HR (MTO)
About the Role
Image Pakistan Limited is inviting passionate fresh graduates to join its Human Resources Department as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Karachi. The trainee gains end-to-end exposure across recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance operations, and HR communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR specialists with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling across corporate and retail positions.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation sessions, and documentation completion for head office and retail staff.
- Support daily biometric attendance monitoring, leave reconciliations, and employee query handling.
- Maintain employee personnel files, digital HRIS databases, and organizational charts.
- Assist in executing employee engagement events, internal newsletters, and recognition schemes.
- Help coordinate performance review cycles and maintain employee training participation records.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- BBA / MBA in Human Resource Management or BS in Psychology / Social Sciences from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR internship experience.
- Energetic personality with strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High learning agility, organizational discipline, and polished verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a fashion retail, textile, or consumer goods corporate HR department.
- Familiarity with digital recruitment channels and LinkedIn talent sourcing.
