National Sales Manager – Fleet Financing
About the Role
Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan is seeking an accomplished sales leader as National Sales Manager – Fleet Financing based in Karachi. The role drives nationwide Shariah-compliant auto and commercial vehicle fleet financing, manages mega corporate transport accounts, and directs regional asset sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and lead the nationwide sales strategy for Islamic fleet financing (Ijarah / Murabaha) across corporate and commercial logistics clients.
- Direct regional fleet sales managers to achieve annual asset disbursement targets, portfolio growth, and fee revenues.
- Structure multi-million rupee commercial vehicle financing facilities for corporate fleets, FMCG distribution networks, and logistics operators.
- Cultivate high-level strategic partnerships with leading automotive manufacturers (OEMs), bodybuilders, and commercial dealerships.
- Collaborate with credit risk underwriting to maintain pristine portfolio health, low delinquency rates, and timely repayment closures.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Graduation / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 8 to 12 years of proven sales leadership experience in commercial vehicle financing, auto loans, or corporate asset leasing.
- In-depth understanding of Pakistan's transport and logistics industry, commercial fleet economics, and collateral appraisal.
- Sound comprehension of Islamic financing contracts (Ijarah, Diminishing Musharakah) and SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Exemplary commercial negotiation, team leadership, and executive client presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive corporate network among top fleet owners, logistics corporations, and bus/truck assemblers nationwide.
- Recognized qualifications or professional training in Islamic Banking and Finance.
