Officer - HR Operations
About the Role
Imtiaz Group is hiring an Officer - HR Operations in Karachi to oversee store employee onboarding, biometric attendance, HRIS record maintenance, and operational personnel administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, background document verification, and orientation programs
- Maintain and update retail employee electronic profiles in HRIS and manage physical personnel files
- Monitor biometric attendance, leave requests, shift rosters, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs
- Facilitate employee confirmation appraisals, transfers, promotion letters, and exit clearances
- Prepare operational HR reports, headcount summaries, and ensure compliance with provincial labor standards
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- 2 to 4 years of practical HR operations experience, preferably in large-scale retail, FMCG, or services
- Working proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel (data tables, lookups)
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal problem-solving abilities
- Solid knowledge of statutory labor regulations, EOBI, and social security filings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling multi-store retail employee operations with large frontline staff numbers
