Officer – Settlement & ADC Reconciliation
About the Role
Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is recruiting an Officer – Settlement & Alternate Delivery Channel (ADC) Reconciliation at its Head Office in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The role oversees ATM switches, 1Link settlement reconciliations, branchless digital wallet transactions, and clearing dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily settlement and reconciliation of Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC) including 1Link, Raast, POS, and ATMs.
- Reconcile central settlement accounts against core banking ledgers, switch logs, and payment gateway reports.
- Identify, investigate, and adjust settlement exceptions, transaction dropouts, and dispute claims within mandated TATs.
- Process interbank clearing files, mobile banking settlements, and securities transaction adjustments.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation packs and status dashboards for internal audit and SBP compliance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Banking from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in banking settlements, ADC reconciliation, or clearing operations.
- Strong understanding of electronic funds transfer networks (1Link, Raast, PRISM) and core banking systems.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Excel (large dataset reconciliation).
- Disciplined work ethic and adherence to strict daily settlement clearing cutoffs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a microfinance bank or digital payments fintech platform.
- Hands-on expertise with automated reconciliation software and SQL queries.
