Café Outlet Manager
About the Role
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Pakistan is hiring an experienced Outlet Manager for its brand-new flagship café in Islamabad (B-17). The manager leads café operations, guest hospitality, barista execution, store P&L, and team training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end daily operations of the flagship café outlet, driving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule barista and kitchen teams, upholding international brand beverage and culinary recipes.
- Deliver warm, memorable guest experiences, personally attending to customer feedback and service recovery.
- Oversee café inventory management, daily milk and coffee bean requisitions, waste reduction, and cash reconciliations.
- Ensure stringent health, sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards across the dining area and barista bar.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on local community promotions, seasonal beverage rollouts, and customer loyalty drives.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of store or outlet managerial experience in a specialty café, premium coffee shop, or casual dining restaurant.
- Deep passion for coffee brewing arts, customer engagement, and hospitality standards.
- Strong leadership, store P&L management, and team coaching abilities.
- Proficiency with retail restaurant POS systems and inventory software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in international coffee chain franchises.
- Resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi with flexible schedule availability.
