Performance Marketing Lead
About the Role
Iqra University Main EDC Campus is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead in Karachi to oversee digital acquisition campaigns, Meta/Google CAPI tracking, and student admissions funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, scale, and optimize multi-channel performance advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Implement advanced tracking infrastructure using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Conversions API (CAPI).
- Execute structured A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience cohorts to minimize Cost-per-Lead (CPL).
- Build real-time reporting dashboards in Google Looker Studio to track admissions funnel metrics and ROI.
- Collaborate with the admissions counseling and creative teams to align campaign messaging with academic intakes.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Media Sciences, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience managing paid performance marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GTM, and GA4.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, advanced Excel, and CRM-based lead tracking workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior track record running campaigns in Higher Education or EdTech admissions.
