About the Role
MJMS Private Limited is hiring fresh graduates for Procurement Internships at Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura, offering hands-on learning across manufacturing sourcing and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist procurement teams in collecting quotations, vendor inquiries, and technical specifications
- Support purchase order generation, delivery tracking, and invoice matching with store receipts
- Help maintain updated vendor databases, price history records, and supplier evaluation data
- Coordinate with factory warehouse and quality teams regarding received materials and inspection sign-offs
- Prepare weekly procurement summaries and expense reconciliation reports in MS Excel
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- B.Com, BBA, or MBA in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Finance from an accredited university
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship experience seeking a career in industrial procurement
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic business communication
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to numerical detail, and eagerness to learn manufacturing operations
- Willingness to commute to Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic coursework in supply chain management, purchasing, or operations management
