About the Role
Ghazi Brothers, a prominent pharmaceutical and animal health enterprise, is hiring a Product Management Officer at its office in Lahore. The officer will execute brand marketing strategies, design technical promotional literature, conduct field product trials, and drive sales growth for veterinary and poultry healthcare portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scientific product promotional literature, detailing brochures, and presentation decks for animal healthcare products.
- Coordinate field trials, commercial demos, and efficacy studies of poultry vaccines and veterinary medicines with veterinarians.
- Deliver technical product training sessions to nationwide field sales forces and institutional farm managers.
- Monitor monthly brand sales performance, SKU trends, and market feedback to recommend product improvements.
- Participate in national poultry exhibitions, agricultural seminars, and scientific livestock conferences.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- M.Phil / DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or BS in Poultry Science / Animal Husbandry from an accredited university.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing or veterinary product management.
- Sound technical grasp of veterinary pharmacology, animal nutrition, and poultry disease epidemiology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and creative presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or trainee experience in an animal health multinational or established local pharmaceutical company.
- Valid registration with Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC).
