Product Manager - CNS & Gastroenterology
About the Role
Martin Dow Limited is hiring a commercially driven Product Manager in Karachi to spearhead brand marketing strategies, doctor engagement campaigns, and product launches across its Psychiatry, Neurology, and Gastroenterology portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing brand plans for prescribed pharmaceutical therapies in Psychiatry, Neurology, and Gastroenterology
- Design promotional strategies, medical literature, detailing aids, and digital content for healthcare professionals
- Train, brief, and motivate field sales forces on product clinical positioning, indications, and scientific selling points
- Conduct medical symposia, advisory boards, and clinical conferences with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and specialist physicians
- Monitor monthly prescription audits, product sales trends, market share growth, and promotional Return on Investment (ROI)
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Pharm-D along with an MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution
- 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical brand management and product marketing experience
- Demonstrated success managing CNS (Psychiatry/Neurology) or Gastroenterology product lines
- Deep scientific knowledge combined with sharp commercial instincts and brand building capability
- Outstanding communication, public speaking, and analytical presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful new prescription product launches in Pakistan
