Product Manager - Wealth Solution
About the Role
Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan is hiring a Product Manager - Wealth Solution (Band 6) at its Karachi Head Office. This role drives the end-to-end Wealth Management and Bancassurance product agenda, product lifecycle management, and frontline enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Wealth Management and Bancassurance business plan across consumer and priority banking channels.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for investment and insurance products from conceptualization through launch and performance review.
- Collaborate with life and general insurance partner companies, negotiating terms and ensuring strict adherence to SECP and SBP regulations.
- Design customer-centric propositions, marketing collateral, and digital advisory journeys to deepen client product penetration.
- Deliver technical product training, frontline sales enablement, and certification modules to branch relationship managers.
- Monitor portfolio revenue metrics, assets under management (AUM), and ensure rigorous adherence to fair outcomes conduct principles.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Wealth Management product management, Bancassurance, or investment advisory within a commercial bank or asset manager.
- Comprehensive understanding of investment products, mutual funds, bancassurance frameworks, and SECP/SBP regulatory guidelines.
- Strong track record in product commercialization, portfolio analytics, and financial modeling.
- Excellent presentation, stakeholder negotiation, and cross-functional project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA charterholder or level candidate, or certified financial planner credential.
- Experience launching digital wealth management or robo-advisory tools.
