Production Officer / Production Incharge
About the Role
Marhaba Laboratories Pvt Ltd is looking for a qualified Production Officer / Production Incharge in Lahore to supervise daily pharmaceutical and food manufacturing operations, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain output quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily batch manufacturing and packaging lines in accordance with approved production schedules
- Ensure rigorous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP standards, and food safety regulations
- Monitor raw material dispensing, machine parameters, line clearances, and shift labor utilization
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to review in-process testing and product releases
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, material reconciliations, and shift output documentation
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Pharm-D or Master's / Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on production experience in pharmaceutical, herbal, or food manufacturing operations
- Solid understanding of GMP, sanitation protocols, cleanroom operations, and industrial equipment handling
- Strong supervisory skills, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work rotational shifts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with natural health products, syrups, liquid dosage forms, or extraction units
