About the Role
PPHI Sindh invites qualified healthcare administrators for the position of Project Coordinator in Karachi to supervise health management systems, primary health care interventions, and donor-funded medical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management and day-to-day coordination for public healthcare programs across Sindh districts
- Coordinate with district health management teams, medical officers, and provincial health departments
- Supervise primary health care service delivery, TB care protocols, and specialized public health initiatives
- Track project indicators, milestone delivery, and budget allocations according to donor and provincial guidelines
- Prepare analytical progress reports, compliance documentation, and monitoring summaries for senior leadership
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- MBBS with Master's in Public Health (MPH / MSPH) from an HEC-recognized institution and PMDC registration
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in health management at primary healthcare level
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience specifically in TB care services or communicable disease management
- Proven track record of coordinating large-scale healthcare initiatives and multi-district teams
- Sindh domicile required; maximum age up to 50 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing programs funded by international donor agencies (Global Fund, WHO, UNICEF)
