About the Role
Samba Bank Limited is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead its Secured Lending portfolio across the South Region based in Karachi. The executive will drive secured consumer and mortgage assets, direct regional sales teams, manage credit quality, and surpass revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to grow secured retail lending assets (Home Loans, Auto Loans, Mortgage Finance).
- Lead, mentor, and monitor branch sales managers and direct sales agents (DSAs) across South region branches.
- Collaborate with retail risk and credit underwriting to ensure loan portfolios maintain pristine credit quality and low NPL ratios.
- Cultivate lucrative distribution alliances with real estate developers, property consultants, and automotive dealership networks.
- Review regional pipeline health, operational turnaround times (TAT), and present performance metrics to bank leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Graduation / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of proven banking experience, with substantial leadership experience in secured retail lending products.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, auto loan structuring, mortgage property documentation, and collateral perfection.
- Strong understanding of State Bank of Pakistan Prudential Regulations for consumer financing.
- Exemplary sales leadership, commercial negotiation, and people management capabilities.

- Established corporate alliances with top real estate developers and auto OEM networks in Karachi.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding regional asset growth milestones.
