Regional Trade Marketing Manager
About the Role
Mitchell's Fruit Farms Limited is seeking an energetic Regional Trade Marketing Manager in Lahore to bridge national brand strategy with on-ground retail execution, lead distributor trade marketing, and drive FMCG visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional trade marketing programs, consumer promotions, and retailer incentive schemes
- Adapt national brand marketing campaigns to regional consumer preferences across grocery and modern trade channels
- Manage point-of-sale material (POSM) deployments, brand display stands, shelf-share optimization, and planogram compliance
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and distributors to identify high-potential retail clusters and execute sampling drives
- Analyze market retail sales data, promotional ROI, competitor activities, and channel growth trends
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
- 5 to 8 years of proven FMCG trade marketing or retail channel sales management experience
- Deep understanding of traditional trade grocery distribution and modern trade supermarket operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel data modeling and commercial presentations
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and agency management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with food, beverage, confectionery, or culinary preserves categories in Pakistan
