Regulatory Affairs Executive
About the Role
NutriCo Morinaga is hiring a Regulatory Affairs Executive in Lahore to manage infant nutrition product dossiers, ensure compliance with Punjab Food Authority (PFA) and DRAP, and verify labeling standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full regulatory compliance of nutritional products with federal and provincial food authority standards (PFA, DRAP, PSQCA)
- Prepare, compile, and review comprehensive product registration dossiers, formulation sheets, and scientific dossiers
- Review artwork, packaging labels, and nutritional claims to ensure strict adherence to infant nutrition marketing codes
- Coordinate with government regulatory authorities, testing laboratories, and international parent company technical teams
- Monitor regulatory amendments, Codex Alimentarius guidelines, and industry food legislation changes
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D), Food Technology, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 2 to 3 years of relevant regulatory affairs experience, preferably in the nutrition, infant food, or dairy industry
- Thorough understanding of Punjab Food Authority regulations, packaging standards, and food safety legislation
- High attention to detail, scientific documentation rigor, and technical communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for document formatting and dossier management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling nutritional product imports, custom clearances, or PSQCA quality certifications
