Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
About the Role
Domino's Pizza Pakistan is hiring a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in Jhelum to lead branch operations, supervise kitchen and delivery staff, maintain international food quality, and grow store sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee entire restaurant P&L, daily food prep operations, customer dining, and delivery dispatch logistics
- Lead, schedule, train, and motivate assistant managers, shift runners, kitchen crew, and delivery drivers
- Ensure pizza preparation and dough handling comply with strict Domino's international food safety and hygiene SOPs
- Manage store inventory, monitor daily wastage, conduct raw material stock takes, and control cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Track customer service satisfaction scores, delivery turnaround times, and local marketing promotions
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Restaurant Management
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) or international food chains
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, controlling operating labor, and managing restaurant audits
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to manage peak weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior management experience in international pizza or fast food franchises in Pakistan
