Retail Marketing Operations Specialist
About the Role
OPPO Pakistan is hiring an energetic Retail Marketing Operations Specialist at its headquarters in Lahore. The role manages official retail digital media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), directs the Key Opinion Salesperson (KOS) promoter content program, and drives retail footfall and smartphone sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize OPPO's official retail social media handles across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Lead and expand the Key Opinion Salesperson (KOS) program, training shop-floor retail promoters to create engaging viral video content.
- Develop monthly editorial calendars, short-video scripts, trend captions, and standardized marketing creative assets.
- Track digital marketing analytics, follower engagement, content reach, and video completion rates.
- Coordinate with Zonal Trade Managers (ZTMs) and retail partners to ensure flawless nationwide offline and online campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management, short-video content operations, or digital brand marketing.
- Proficiency in short-video production, trend analysis, scriptwriting, and community engagement on TikTok and Instagram.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills for tracking marketing KPIs, engagement analytics, and promoter output reports.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, with an innate understanding of Pakistan's youth pop culture and consumer trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior marketing experience in consumer electronics, smartphones, or lifestyle consumer brands.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design.
