About the Role
The Nishat Hotel is hiring a seasoned luxury hospitality executive as Room Division Manager in Islamabad. The position directs Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Concierge operations to deliver world-class 5-star guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all Room Division operations, including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.
- Maintain flawless luxury hospitality standards, ensuring personalized check-in experiences and guest comfort.
- Oversee room inventory allocation, yield management, average daily rate (ADR), and RevPAR maximization strategies.
- Handle VIP guest arrivals, high-level diplomatic delegations, and resolve escalated guest complaints with diplomacy.
- Conduct inspections of presidential suites, guest rooms, and public hotel spaces to enforce hygiene and interior elegance.
- Lead, mentor, and train hotel frontline staff, cultivating an authentic culture of warmth and service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration from a recognized institute.
- 5–7 years of progressive rooms division leadership experience within luxury 4-star or 5-star international standard hotels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Property Management Systems (Opera PMS), room revenue analytics, and housekeeping standards.
- Outstanding executive presence, refined interpersonal etiquette, and crisis de-escalation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with excellent public relations acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- International hospitality training or experience with multinational hotel chains.
- Proven track record achieving top TripAdvisor and online guest review scores.
