Rooms Division Manager
About the Role
The Nishat Hotel Margala, Islamabad, is recruiting an experienced Rooms Division Manager for its pre-opening team to direct Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct overall operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Services, and Guest Relations departments
- Develop and implement luxury hospitality standard operating procedures (SOPs), brand standards, and service metrics
- Monitor room inventory, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, and coordinate with Revenue Management to optimize yields
- Conduct daily inspections of luxury guest rooms, VIP suites, public lobbies, and back-of-house areas
- Train, mentor, and evaluate Rooms Division staff to deliver impeccable 5-star personalized guest experiences
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
- 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in Rooms Division operations in a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel
- Comprehensive mastery of hotel Property Management Systems (Opera PMS / Fidelio)
- Strong financial acumen regarding room pricing, occupancy maximization, and departmental budgeting
- Superb crisis management, interpersonal etiquette, and diplomatic guest resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Pre-opening hotel launch experience with leading national or international luxury hotel chains
