Sales Lead Associate
About the Role
Berger Paints Pakistan is looking for a motivated Sales Lead Associate in Islamabad to generate project leads, build client relationships with contractors, and drive architectural paint sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect commercial and residential construction projects across Islamabad and Rawalpindi
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and project owners
- Present Berger product offerings, architectural coatings, and construction chemicals to project decision-makers
- Coordinate with technical support teams for on-site product demonstrations, sample testing, and color consultations
- Prepare commercial sales proposals, secure sales orders, and ensure smooth delivery fulfillment
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- Fresh to 2 years of sales experience, preferably within paints, construction chemicals, or building materials
- Strong business development orientation, customer-centric attitude, and persuasive communication skills
- Familiarity with the twin cities construction and real estate market
- Self-driven personality with own conveyance and willingness to conduct active field visits
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to architectural coatings, industrial finishes, or civil engineering supply sales
