About the Role
Isra High School is recruiting an enthusiastic Secondary Subject Teacher for Physics and General Science at its Mirpurkhas Campus in Sindh. The teacher will deliver interactive classroom lectures, supervise practical science experiments in laboratories, and prepare students for Matriculation board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics and Science lectures aligned with Sindh Textbook Board and modern curriculum guidelines.
- Conduct practical laboratory experiments, demonstrating scientific theories and ensuring student safety protocols.
- Design formative quizzes, term examinations, and grade homework assignments with constructive feedback.
- Identify students needing academic reinforcement and conduct remedial coaching sessions to elevate academic performance.
- Maintain active communication with parents regarding student academic progress, discipline, and moral development.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or related Science discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in high school or secondary grades in a reputable English-medium school.
- Sound conceptual command of secondary-level Physics curricula, laboratory apparatus, and practical experiments.
- Strong classroom management, pedagogical passion, and fluent communication in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
- Commitment to ethical values and student character building.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional teaching degree such as B.Ed. or M.Ed.
- Demonstrated track record of students achieving A1 grades in BISE board exams.
