Sellout Executive – Trade Marketing & Secondary Sales
About the Role
Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) is looking for a field-oriented Sellout Executive for home appliances in Lahore. The executive will drive retail execution, maintain dealer relationships, oversee product displays, and ensure high secondary sales sellout across consumer electronics retail networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sellout and secondary sales targets for refrigerators, air conditioners, and deep freezers across assigned dealer networks.
- Conduct daily market visits to verify product availability, optimal stock replenishment, and dealer pipeline health.
- Enforce retail visual merchandising standards, prime POS displays, and product branding visibility at dealer showrooms.
- Support product launch events, trade discount schemes, and consumer promotional campaigns in the Lahore retail market.
- Collect and report market intelligence on competitor pricing, dealer feedback, and consumer purchasing patterns.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably BBA, Commerce, or Marketing from an accredited institution.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, trade merchandising, sellout operations, or secondary sales.
- Strong understanding of retail dealer dynamics and dealer account management.
- Excellent negotiation, field persuasion, and market reporting capabilities.
- High target orientation and energetic field-readiness across Lahore.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in consumer electronics, white goods, or home appliances.
- Valid motorcycle or personal conveyance for daily dealer visits.
