Senior Campus Relationship Officer
About the Role
Allied Schools is recruiting a Senior Campus Relationship Officer in Sukkur to manage franchise relationships, ensure campus compliance, and oversee operational excellence across regional campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure school owners' satisfaction and operational compliance across operative franchise campuses
- Support campus administration with portal compliance, fee software, and educational management systems
- Reconcile campus ledgers, resolve account queries, and track institutional receivables
- Facilitate timely recoveries of educational supplies, curriculum materials, and royalty shares
- Train Campus Relationship Officers and administrative staff on portal management and SOP implementation
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- MBA or M.Com from an HEC-recognized university
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in school franchise management or education administration
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, institutional recoveries, and ledger reconciliation
- Proficiency in school ERPs, portal management systems, and advanced MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with prominent Pakistani school networks or nationwide franchise systems
