Senior Human Resources Executive
About the Role
Avari Towers Karachi is seeking an accomplished Senior HR Executive to join its People Operations team. The role oversees end-to-end monthly payroll inputs, shift attendance tracking, HRIS management, employee onboarding, and regulatory labor compliance within a premier 5-star hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly payroll data inputs including salary adjustments, deductions, incentives, and overtime calculations.
- Monitor daily shift rosters, biometric attendance records, leave administration, and absenteeism trends.
- Maintain and update employee records across the Softronic HRIS database ensuring zero data discrepancy.
- Support recruitment, talent screening, new hire onboarding orientations, and probation confirmation reviews.
- Prepare periodic HR analytical reports, compliance audits, and coordinate with finance for payroll sign-offs.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of proven human resources experience, preferably within the hospitality or healthcare sector.
- Hands-on expertise in payroll processing, attendance management systems, and statutory labor laws.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and operational familiarity with Softronic HRIS or comparable platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and grievance-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's / MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Prior operational background in a luxury hotel, resort, or large-scale service organization.
