About the Role
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is hiring a Senior Manager Enterprise Sales in Karachi to lead strategic ICT/telecom accounts, drive enterprise revenue, and architect digital connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale enterprise ICT, Cloud, and Telecom sales to corporate and public sector clients.
- Manage, coach, and motivate enterprise sales teams to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Build executive relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding client digital transformation roadmaps.
- Apply structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC / The Challenger Sale) to qualify and close complex deals.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Network Engineering teams to deliver customized SLA-backed solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Business (BBA/MBA) from a reputed university.
- 10–15 years of proven experience in Telecom / ICT enterprise sales and key account management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales and account teams.
- Outstanding negotiation, contract structuring, and C-level presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in enterprise sales methodologies and solid background in cloud/data center offerings.
