About the Role
Berger Paints Pakistan Limited is hiring a motivated Senior Sales Associate in Karachi to generate new dealer leads, expand architectural paint distribution, and manage dealer trade accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, appoint, and develop paint dealers, hardware retailers, and construction material stockists in Karachi
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales volume targets for decorative, wood, and industrial coating products
- Build relationships with local building contractors, painters, architects, and real estate developers
- Coordinate with technical services to conduct paint application demonstrations and color tinting assistance
- Ensure timely order booking, inventory replenishment, and recovery of trade receivables from assigned dealers
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Fresh to 2 years of field sales experience in paints, chemicals, construction chemicals, or building materials
- Strong communication, commercial negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
- Familiarity with Karachi's retail hardware and paint markets
- Must possess own conveyance for daily field visits and market coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales exposure to architectural coatings, industrial finishes, or retail distribution
