About the Role
Pak-Qatar Family Takaful is rapidly growing its nationwide sales network and seeks ambitious Senior Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers in Lahore. The position involves offering Shariah-compliant financial protection, savings, and investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, manage, and expand a high-value portfolio of individual and corporate Takaful clients.
- Deliver expert consultation on Shariah-compliant family protection, child education, and retirement plans.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across gross contributions and persistent renewals.
- Conduct client financial need analyses and recommend tailored wealth accumulation packages.
- Maintain lasting client relationships through prompt post-sales service, policy servicing, and claims advisory.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Commerce.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of successful sales track record in life insurance, Takaful, or wealth management banking.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
- Sound knowledge of Islamic finance principles, Takaful concepts, and investment avenues.
- High level of integrity, professional acumen, and goal-oriented motivation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven network of retail and corporate investment clients across Lahore and Punjab.
- Track record of achieving Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) or premier sales milestones.
