Supply Chain Executive
About the Role
Innova Group is hiring a detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive in Phool Nagar to handle inventory tracking, supplier coordination, material requirement planning, and warehouse interdepartmental logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with industrial suppliers and raw material vendors for quotation comparisons and timely dispatch follow-ups
- Monitor stock levels, warehouse inventory reconciliation, and material buffer requirements
- Track inbound shipments, freight delivery schedules, and transit documentation
- Maintain detailed procurement registers, purchase requisitions, and inventory tracking records
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Production, and Accounts departments to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, BBA, Commerce, or related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory control
- Excellent command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas) and reporting dashboards
- Strong vendor coordination, cost optimization, and professional negotiation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise ERP or inventory software systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to chemical, fertilizer, pesticide, or agricultural manufacturing supply chains
