Territory Manager (Customer Development & FMCG Sales)
About the Role
Unilever Pakistan is looking for a front-line commercial leader for the position of Territory Manager in Lahore. The manager will spearhead distributor operations, drive secondary sales volume growth, lead Route-to-Market (eRTM) optimization, and execute high-impact retail presence across key FMCG categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver underlying volume growth (UVG) and turnover sales targets across assigned distribution territories in Lahore.
- Manage distributor partnerships, ensuring financial health, stock turnover, credit compliance, and optimal ROI.
- Optimize digital Route-to-Market (eRTM) processes, journey plans, and beat routing for Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs).
- Elevate in-store visual brand visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution at modern and general trade retail.
- Coach and develop field sales forces, monitoring daily productivity KPIs using Power BI analytical dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 1 to 4 years of proven sales or territory management experience in a leading FMCG company.
- Strong business acumen, distributor financial comprehension, and commercial negotiation skills.
- High command of MS Office, digital sales tools, and Power BI reporting.
- Energetic feet-on-street leadership with strong bias for action and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales experience managing personal care, beauty, or food FMCG brand portfolios.
- Proven success in executing digital sales automation and direct store delivery (DSD) models.
