Territory Manager (Veterinary & Poultry Pharmaceuticals)
About the Role
Ghazi Brothers is hiring a dynamic Territory Manager for its veterinary and poultry pharmaceutical division in Rawalpindi. The manager will spearhead territory sales, expand poultry farm accounts, conduct technical farmer seminars, and surpass monthly sales revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales of veterinary medicines, poultry vaccines, and feed supplements across assigned northern territories.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with commercial poultry farm owners, livestock breeders, and veterinary distributors.
- Provide technical farm advisory on poultry biosecurity, disease vaccination schedules, and optimal therapeutic treatment regimens.
- Monitor monthly territory sales performance, maintain accurate sales forecasting, and recover outstanding accounts receivable.
- Organize technical veterinary awareness seminars and product demonstrations for corporate farm managers and veterinarians.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- M.Phil / DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or BS in Poultry Science / Animal Sciences from an accredited university.
- 3 to 4 years of proven field sales or territory management experience in animal health or poultry pharmaceuticals.
- Deep technical understanding of poultry diseases, veterinary pharmacology, and commercial farm management.
- Strong persuasive selling, commercial negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and adjacent poultry belts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing business network among commercial broiler and layer farmers in Rawalpindi / Potohar region.
- Valid driving license and vehicle for territorial field operations.
