Territory Sales Executive - General Trade
About the Role
Haleeb Foods is hiring a Territory Sales Executive - General Trade in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. The executive drives retail distribution, primary/secondary sales targets, distributor handling, and order booker coaching for dairy and beverage products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets for dairy and juice product categories across Muzaffarabad territory.
- Supervise daily operations of retail distributors, order bookers, and delivery van sales representatives (DSR).
- Conduct regular retail market visits, ensuring maximum numeric and weighted product distribution across general trade outlets.
- Monitor stock freshness, FIFO rotation, and timely claim settlements with regional distributors.
- Identify new retail coverage areas and expand route-to-market channels in semi-urban and hilly markets.
- Oversee point-of-sale merchandising, chiller placement, and trade promotion executions.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably in dairy, packaged food, or beverages.
- In-depth market knowledge of retail grocery channels in Muzaffarabad and surrounding districts.
- Strong leadership, order booker coaching, and distributor relationship skills.
- Valid driving license and ability to work in hilly terrain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling UHT milk or packaged beverage brands.
- Familiarity with sales force automation (SFA) handheld systems.
