Territory Sales Executive
About the Role
Popular Chemical Manufacturing (part of Popular Group of Industries) is recruiting a proactive Territory Sales Executive for Upper Sindh (covering Sukkur, Jacobabad, Dadu, Larkana, and Shikarpur). The role manages distributor networks and drives FMCG sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales volume targets across assigned distribution networks in Upper Sindh.
- Supervise distributor operations, order booking routines, and stock replenishment to ensure maximum market availability.
- Conduct daily market visits, engage with key retail accounts, and identify untapped commercial opportunities.
- Monitor retail execution, brand visibility, and merchandising displays across general trade stores.
- Gather competitor pricing intelligence, promotional activities, and feedback from market stakeholders.
- Submit regular sales tracking reports, route compliance sheets, and recovery updates to regional sales management.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in consumer goods, chemical, or FMCG products.
- In-depth geographic knowledge of retail markets across Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, and surrounding districts.
- Strong persuasion, customer relationship, and distributor handling skills.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience with FMCG cleaning/chemical brands in Sindh.
- Working knowledge of computerized order booking apps.
