Territory Sales Manager
About the Role
Shangrila Foods is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager in Karachi to spearhead retail distribution networks, drive FMCG sales volume, and strengthen market penetration across key consumer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage secondary sales operations, distributor networks, and retail execution across assigned territories
- Execute sales distribution strategies to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Monitor stock replenishment, minimize out-of-stock incidents, and streamline supply replenishment cycles
- Coach, mentor, and supervise field sales officers and order bookers to elevate field productivity
- Analyze competitor pricing, consumer purchase dynamics, and retail promotions to identify expansion avenues
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of total sales experience, with minimum 2 to 3 years in FMCG food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of distributor management, retail expansion, and sales team leadership
- Proficiency in sales force automation (SFA) software and Microsoft Excel for territory reporting
- Strong negotiation, relationship building, and presentation capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's / MBA in Marketing with direct experience managing FMCG seasoning, sauces, or processed foods categories
