Territory Sales Officer
About the Role
Ideas by Gul Ahmed is looking for an energetic Territory Sales Officer in Lahore to expand wholesale partnerships, achieve fabric and home textile sales targets, and manage client credit recoveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales for Gul Ahmed textile fabrics and apparel across assigned wholesale markets in Lahore
- Appoint and manage textile wholesalers, retail cloth merchants, and institutional fabric distributors
- Manage timely credit recoveries, outstanding balance reconciliations, and monitor dealer payment terms
- Conduct regular market visits to assess fabric demand, competitor pricing, and seasonal fashion trends
- Ensure timely processing of wholesale orders and coordinate dispatch logistics with central warehouse
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in retail fashion, fabric wholesale, or consumer goods
- Thorough knowledge of Lahore's wholesale cloth markets (Azam Cloth Market, Ichhra, Anarkali)
- Strong negotiation, relationship building, and debt recovery skills
- Self-motivated with own transport and willingness to conduct active daily market coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales experience with top Pakistani textile or fashion retail houses
