Sales Representative
About the Role
Join Home Depot's customer acquisition and direct sales team. You will guide retail and enterprise clients through home improvement solutions, manage customer inquiries, and drive revenue through consultations and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound commercial and residential customer leads via phone, email, and virtual consultations.
- Provide product specifications, accurate pricing estimates, and follow-up support for project orders.
- Collaborate with regional store managers and inventory specialists to verify delivery logistics.
- Maintain updated CRM client records, pipeline status, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in weekly sales pipeline coaching and new product line training.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales, account management, or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency with modern CRM software, inventory search tools, and Google Workspace / MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with home improvement, building materials, or contractor supply chains.
- Previous track record meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
