Trade Sales Officer
About the Role
Osaka Lighting is seeking a dynamic Trade Sales Officer in Lahore to expand electrical wholesale channels, train distributor counter staff, and achieve monthly lighting sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and develop electrical distributors, wholesalers, and retail dealers across assigned commercial markets
- Generate secondary demand by visiting electrical contractors, corporate facility managers, and electrician networks
- Train distributor counter sales staff on Osaka Lighting LED product ranges, specifications, and energy efficiency
- Achieve monthly primary sales (sell-in) targets and collection quotas while maintaining agreed distributor credit limits
- Ensure prominent visibility of Osaka marketing point-of-sale displays, product catalogues, and brand merchandising
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of proven field sales experience in electrical products, lighting, cables, or building appliances
- Deep understanding of wholesale electrical markets in Lahore (e.g., Hall Road, Shah Alam)
- Strong persuasion, commercial negotiation, and route management skills
- Must own conveyance and be committed to structured daily beat plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing contacts with major electrical distributors and corporate MEP contractors
