About the Role
Meezan Bank Limited is hiring energetic individuals for Transaction Associates (Batch 1 - 2026) across multiple cities to facilitate on-site payroll account opening, biometric verification, and Islamic banking onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site field visits to Meezan Payroll Corporate Partners to facilitate employee account opening.
- Execute real-time biometric verifications and collect account opening documentation in line with SBP regulations.
- Coordinate with branch operations and centralized operations to expedite KYC approvals and account activation.
- Maintain accurate field visit trackers, customer records, and daily performance logs.
- Educate corporate client employees on Meezan Shariah-compliant digital banking and retail services.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate (HSSC); preference will be given to fresh Graduates.
- Age: 18 to 26 years as of November 30, 2026 (2-year relaxation for Hafiz-e-Quran or Dars-e-Nizami graduates).
- Good communication, customer relationship, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client on-site corporate account onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Islamic banking principles or Islamic finance certification.
