Zonal Sales Manager
About the Role
Ismail Industries Limited is hiring a Zonal Sales Manager in Multan to oversee confectionery and biscuit sales distribution, lead area managers, optimize distributor ROI, and achieve zonal revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and achieve primary and secondary sales revenue quotas for Candyland and Bisconni brands across the zone
- Supervise and develop distributors, wholesalers, and retail trade coverage networks in South Punjab
- Manage and mentor Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Managers, and field order booker teams
- Monitor stock levels, warehouse replenishment, distributor claims, and credit recovery cycles
- Analyze market trends, competitor promotions, and launch targeted trade schemes to gain retail shelf share
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
- 7 to 10 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial sales role
- Deep understanding of distribution channel economics, trade schemes, and sales force automation tools
- Strong commercial negotiation, leadership, and analytical territory planning skills
- Established connections with major wholesale and distribution networks in South Punjab
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive background in packaged snacks, biscuits, or confectionery FMCG categories
