Account Executive - General Ledger & Financial Reporting
About the Role
Al Khair Gadoon Limited (Alkhair Foam) is looking for an organized Account Executive in Lahore to manage general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable cycles, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial vouchers, purchase journals, and sales ledger entries in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles, vendor payment disbursements, and customer billing reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and investigate ledger discrepancies.
- Maintain audit-ready accounting archives, tax deduction certificates, and expense documentation.
- Assist the Finance Manager in monthly closing reconciliations and management reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or BBA Finance.
- 2 to 4 years of proven accounting and book-keeping experience in a manufacturing or distribution enterprise.
- Proficiency in accounting ERP software (QuickBooks / SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong attention to numerical details, reconciliation precision, and deadline discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of provincial sales tax and withholding tax rules.
