JobAsaan is an independent job aggregation and career support platform operating in Pakistan. Our services include:
- Aggregating, categorizing, and publishing job opportunities across government, semi-government, and private sectors in Pakistan.
- Providing free educational guides on CV formats, ATS compliance, international job standards, and academic scholarships.
- Offering career consultation, personalized CV review, and LinkedIn optimization services.
No Guarantee of Employment
JobAsaan is not an employer, recruiting agency, or placement agency for the third-party job listings featured on our portal. We do not guarantee:
- That an applicant will receive an interview, testing call, or job offer from any employer.
- The ongoing availability, accuracy, or validity of any third-party vacancy once published by an external organization.
- The recruitment practices, salary agreements, or working conditions offered by hiring entities.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
When using JobAsaan, you agree not to:
- Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract our job database or CV guides without written permission.
- Attempt to bypass security features, reverse-engineer, or disrupt server infrastructure.
- Impersonate any individual, organization, government entity, or JobAsaan representative.
- Submit misleading, fraudulent, or malicious data through our contact forms or communication channels.
Intellectual Property Rights
All editorial content, original CV blueprints, design systems, logos, illustrations, software code, and compilation of job data on JobAsaan are the intellectual property of JobAsaan or its content licensors and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Company logos and brand trademarks displayed in connection with job listings belong to their respective corporate or government owners and are used strictly for informational identification purposes under fair use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobAsaan and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the platform.
- Any conduct or content of any third party or employer on the site.
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in job descriptions, salary figures, or application deadlines.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms of Service at any time. When changes occur, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
