About the Role
Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is conducting walk-in recruitments against 197 vacant posts in SPS-01 to SPS-15, including Assistant (Accounts), Executive Assistant, UDC, and LDC for BISP HQ and field offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer beneficiary cash disbursement reconciliation, payment accounts, and digital audit ledgers.
- Handle high-speed shorthand typing, office administration, and confidential executive coordination.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Assistant (Accounts): Graduate (2nd Class or CGPA 2.7/4.0) in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce from an HEC-recognized university.
- Executive Assistant: Bachelor's degree (14 years) with minimum 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing respectively.
- UDC / LDC: Intermediate or Matric with 30 w.p.m. computer typing speed.
- Valid Balochistan Local / Domicile Certificate; Age 18–25 years (plus government relaxations).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to social safety net programs, public sector cash transfer systems, or banking reconciliation.
