About the Role
Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) is recruiting an After Sales Service Manager to head its Service Center in Sialkot. The position oversees technical repair teams, customer complaint turnaround time, and regional spare parts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational, technical, and administrative functions at the PEL Sialkot Regional Service Center.
- Supervise workshop and field technicians, ensuring high first-time-fix rates and prompt warranty claim resolution.
- Monitor customer complaint resolution metrics, turnaround time (TAT), and regional customer satisfaction (CSAT) indices.
- Manage regional spare parts distribution, inventory reconciliation, and defective parts return procedures.
- Conduct technical skill training for service technicians on newly launched domestic refrigerators, air conditioners, and appliances.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or B-Tech (Hons).
- 3 to 5 years of proven service center managerial experience in consumer electronics or home appliances.
- Strong team leadership, technical diagnosis, customer de-escalation, and ERP skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized background in HVAC, inverter refrigeration, and compressor warranty protocols.
