About the Role
Pinehill Pvt Ltd (Indomie Pakistan) is hiring an ambitious Area Sales Manager for the Gujranwala & Sialkot territory to lead FMCG distributor networks, drive retail penetration, and deliver aggressive sales growth in the noodles and food category.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate distributor sales representatives (DSRs) and field sales executives across the territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets for Indomie food product lines.
- Execute structured trade marketing programs, consumer promotions, and retail merchandising drives.
- Conduct extensive retail market audits, monitor distributor stock health, and benchmark competitor pricing strategies.
- Expand retail distribution footprint across urban and rural grocery, general trade, and key retail accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
- 4 to 6 years of proven FMCG sales experience as an ASM, ideally within food, snacks, or packaged consumer goods.
- Robust working relationships with FMCG distributors and retail trade partners in Gujranwala and Sialkot.
- Strong team leadership, quota management, and commercial negotiation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gujranwala or Sialkot.
