About the Role
Sabroso Pakistan (Sabirs' Group) is hiring an Assistant Brand Manager – Creative at its Head Office in Lahore to drive integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns, creative asset ideation, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager in creating and executing multi-channel brand campaigns for ready-to-cook and fresh poultry products.
- Collaborate with advertising, digital, and media agencies to develop impactful TVCs, digital videos, and packaging artwork.
- Lead creative briefings, review agency storyboards, and maintain consistency in brand visual identity across touchpoints.
- Monitor brand health indicators, consumer sentiment metrics, and competitor marketing activations.
- Manage creative campaign production budgets, agency timelines, and on-ground brand experiential activations.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- BBA / MBA in Marketing from a top-tier business school.
- 4 to 6 years of proven creative brand management experience, preferably within the FMCG food or frozen food industry.
- Strong creative intuition, agency management, and integrated marketing campaign execution skills.
- Excellent commercial presentation, verbal articulation, and project leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on background directing TVC/DVC shoots and FMCG product packaging redesigns.
