Basic Requirements
- The required experience must come from a recognized private or public organization.

- Candidates must have 16 years of education, with a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree, in Geo-Informatics, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Geographical Information System or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- At least one year of post-qualification experience is required in Computer Programming or Development, or expertise in GIS Programming or Development.
