Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS data entry and updating for assigned POs, including completeness, consistency, validation and data quality.
- Assist in identifying data gaps, implementation challenges and variances, and coordinate with POs for timely corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall field-level experience.
- At least 3 years of that experience must be in monitoring livelihood asset transfer programmes.
- Experience handling projects that include community development and trainings.
- Experience in technical vocational education and livelihoods.
- Experience and skills in coordination and relationship management.
- Maximum age limit: 45 years.
- Assist the Grant Manager–Livelihoods in providing technical and operational support to Partner Organizations (POs) for effective implementation of livelihood interventions.
- Support monitoring of livelihood grants, productive asset transfers, skills development, employment and income-generation activities against approved plans, targets and indicators.
